FC Bohnke is the writing name of Frederik Bohnke.

I have spent my career in the trenches of sales, partnerships, and organisational development. I have seen how incentives are designed to control rather than empower, and how "culture" is often used as a lever for compliance. My work explores the gap between how organisations describe themselves and how they actually function.

This pen name exists to write in that gap. It allows for a critique of the systems we inhabit without the constraints of corporate diplomacy. It is a space to discuss the uncomfortable realities of performance theatre, managerial insecurity, and the true nature of the sales profession.

Some writing is intentionally uncomfortable.
